Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026. By creating a Gentle Pills account or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Who this is for

Gentle Pills is a professional clinical workspace intended for qualified homeopathic doctors and their clinic staff. By registering, you confirm you are a qualified practitioner or acting under one's supervision.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • One account may serve multiple staff within a clinic via the Settings → Members workflow; access control within a clinic is the clinic owner's responsibility.

Your clinical data

Patient, case and prescription data you enter belongs to your clinic. We do not claim ownership of it, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

AI-assisted tools

  • AI suggestions are decision support, not a diagnosis or prescription. Every suggestion requires your explicit review and confirmation before it affects a patient record.
  • You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and prescriptions made using Gentle Pills.
  • AI output can be wrong. Use your professional judgment; do not rely on it as a substitute for clinical assessment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Gentle Pills to provide medical advice directly to patients without appropriate professional evaluation.
  • Attempt to access another clinic's data, or circumvent access controls or rate limits.
  • Reproduce or redistribute the Materia Medica monographs or articles in a way that violates their stated licensing.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The free program

Gentle Pills is currently free for the first 50 registered clinics as part of an active development program. We may introduce paid plans in the future; existing clinics in the free program will be notified in advance of any change affecting them.

Availability & changes

Gentle Pills is under active development. Features may change, and we will do our best to avoid disruptive changes without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we aim for it.

Limitation of liability

Gentle Pills is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical decisions, outcomes, or damages arising from use of the service, including from AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Gentle Pills and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or pose a security risk to other clinics.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
